Tenders are invited for Grants Management Coach Startup Program. Deadline Tuesday, 27. Jan 2026 Background Farah Social Foundation is implementing a startup grants program for youth who participated in the entrepreneurship training. From a cohort of 75 participants, 30 startups have been selected to receive seed grants to support business development. To ensure effective grant utilization and maximize startup success, a Grants Management Coach will provide structured mentorship and coaching to all grantee startups. Objective of the Assignment The Grants Management Coach will provide guidance, technical support, and business coaching to startup grantees, ensuring proper grant management, financial accountability, and operational growth. Scope of Work The coach will be responsible for: Providing 9 individual coaching sessions to each of the 30 grantee startups. Supporting startups in planning, managing, and reporting on grant funds. Assisting with financial management, budgeting, and business planning. Monitoring startup progress and providing guidance on operational and strategic challenges. Evaluating startup performance and providing recommendations for growth. Evaluating startup performance and conducting employability assessments Reporting progress, challenges, and insights to the Project Manager. Coaching Structure Target group: 30 startup grantees Number of sessions: 9 per startup Session format: In-person or virtual, as agreed with the project team Duration: Flexible, aligned with grant implementation period Focus areas: Grant management, financial literacy, operational guidance, and business growth strategies Deliverables The coach is expected to deliver: Coaching session plans and schedules for each startup. Attendance and progress records for all grantee startups. Mid-term progress report summarizing startup performance, challenges, and solutions. Final report on grant utilization, startup development, and employability evaluation results including recommendations for scaling or follow-up support. Qualifications & Experience The coach must have: Experience in grants management, startup incubation, or entrepreneurship coaching. Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and reporting for small businesses. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience guiding youth-led startups or small enterprises. Experience in monitoring, evaluation, or performance assessment is an asset. Payment Terms Payment will be based on actual coaching sessions delivered. Payments will be released upon submission and approval of deliverables, including reports and attendance sheets. Ethical, Safety & Safeguarding Requirements The coach must comply with Farah Social Foundations Code of Conduct, PSEA, and safeguarding policies at all times.
