Pharo Foundation Rwanda invites qualified and interested suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the School and Office Printing Services. We are located at Kimihurura. The purpose of this EOI is to identify capable suppliers who may be shortlisted for future procurement processes, including Requests for Quotation (RFQ) or Tenders. 2. Scope of Supply The scope includes, but is not limited to, the supply of the following items: photocopying (black & white and colour) Printing of examination papers, handouts, reports, and manuals Printing of letterheads, envelopes, and official forms Binding, laminating, and finishing services Printing of posters, banners, and teaching materials Secure and confidential printing services 3. Eligibility and Minimum Requirements Only contractors who meet the minimum requirements will be considered for shortlisting and may be invited to participate in subsequent procurement stages. The minimum requirements are; Valid RDB Certificate Valid tax compliance certificate Proven experience in providing printing services to institutions Availability of appropriate printing equipment and capacity Ability to meet quality standards and delivery timelines 4. Submission Requirements Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following information: Company profile RDB Certificate Valid tax clearing Certificate (TCC) Products list or catalogue List of 5 similar organizations served (with references or completion certificate) Application letter addressed to the Procurement Committee CIT (Corporate Income Tax) 2024 Description of printing equipment and capacity Indicative turnaround times and service coverage.
