Expression of Interest for Study of Laboratory System and Services in Timor-Leste The objective of this study is to commission a comprehensive, up-to-date, assessment of the current status of the human diagnostics laboratory system in TimorLeste. The study will bring evidence of the current state of Laboratory systems in the country and provide key recommendations to World Bank, allowing for evidence-based advice by the Bank to the Government of Timor-Leste in policy formulation, strategic planning, and proposed action plan in capacity building, resourcing, regulation, and quality improvement over the next 510 years.
