Expression of Interest for Senegal PPP Program Support Phase III - Operationalization of the PPP Framework Description: World Bank Group, through the Global Infrastructure Finance Department (PPP Group and PPIAF), and the Finance, Competitiveness & Investment Department (FCI), is supporting the Government of Senegal in implementing its revised PPP Framework (Senegal PPP Program support phase III). This assistance strengthens institutions, completes essential PPP tools, builds capacity, and advances the preparation of priority PPP projects. The World Bank is seeking to hire a firm to provide in-depth knowledge and technical assistance to support the operationalization of the Senegal PPP unit (UNAPPP) and the Project preparation fund (FAPPP).
