Tenders are invited for Graphic Designer - Consultant. General Information: Justice without Frontiers (JWF), a dynamic active local non-governmental juristic organization founded in Beirut in 2005, is deeply committed to championing human rights, justice, democracy, peace, and the rule of law. Over the last decade, JWFs impactful work has addressed crucial initiatives, from addressing Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (S/GBV) to empowering womens access to justice, advocating for marginalized individuals, combating human trafficking, and more. This consultancy is conducted under the project Responding to Sexual Assault: A Systematic Review of ISF Gender-Responsive Investigations and Reporting of Sexual Violence, funded by Womens Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) and implemented by Justice Without Frontiers (JWF). The project aims to strengthen ISF capacities to respond to sexual and gender-based violence through gender-responsive training, improved investigation practices, rehabilitation of investigation centers, and awareness-raising activities to enhance accountability and survivors access to justice. 2- Request: The Graphic Designer will create a cohesive set of materials, including 1 curriculum, roll-up banner, notebook, brochure, poster, tote bag, infographic, and certificate. The candidate should have experience in print and digital design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent materials for Justice Without Frontiers within the agreed timeline. Scope of work and deliverables The Graphic Designer Consultant will be responsible for: Designing 1 curriculum ( around 50-60 pages) with layout, visuals, and key content. Designing 1 roll-up banner for event visibility. Designing 1 notebook Designing 1 brochure to present key messages clearly. Designing 1 poster for promotion or visibility purposes. Designing 1 tote bag with branded graphics. Designing 1 infographic to summarize information visually. Designing 1 certificate template with editable fields. Providing editable source files and print-ready PDFs for all materials. Making multiple revisions based on feedback from the Justice Without Frontiers team. Ensuring all designs are suitable for both print and digital use. Skills and Experience required Experience in designing publications such as booklets, brochures, banners, and invitations, preferably in the nonprofit organization sector. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Understanding layout principles, typography, visual hierarchy, and print production requirements. Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear and engaging visual formats. Knowledge of print and digital formatting, ensuring designs are optimized for both print production and digital distribution Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
