Tenders are invited for Social Media Consultant. General Information: Justice without Frontiers (JWF), a dynamic active local non-governmental juristic organization founded in Beirut in 2005, is deeply committed to championing human rights, justice, democracy, peace, and the rule of law. Over the last decade, JWFs impactful work has addressed crucial initiatives, from addressing Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (S/GBV) to empowering womens access to justice, advocating for marginalized individuals, combating human trafficking, and more. This consultancy is conducted under the project Responding to Sexual Assault: A Systematic Review of ISF Gender-Responsive Investigations and Reporting of Sexual Violence, funded by Womens Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) and implemented by Justice Without Frontiers (JWF). The project aims to strengthen ISF capacities to respond to sexual and gender-based violence through gender-responsive training, improved investigation practices, rehabilitation of investigation centers, and awareness-raising activities to enhance accountability and survivors access to justice. Request: Justice Without Frontiers is seeking a qualified Social Media Consultant to develop 2 social media campaigns, a total of 15 engaging posts, and to manage the boosting of the content. (Boosting fees will be covered by Justice Without Frontiers.) Scope of work and deliverables The Social Media Consultant will be responsible for: Creating 15 engaging social media posts (visuals and captions) Managing and overseeing content boosting on social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement (boosting fees covered by JWF). The posts will include a mix of promotional graphics, informative infographics, and engagement-driven visuals. Designs should be optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and X taking into account the ideal image sizes and formats. Finalized graphics in high-resolution formats (JPEG, PNG) Coordinating with the JWF team to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives. Submitting all content in formats suitable for publishing across JWFs social media channels. Incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions before final approval. The consultant will be responsible for Boosting posts, including recommendations on when to boost, the target audience, and the appropriate budget for the posts Track the performance of boosted posts, including metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions. Provide a report of insights or recommendations based on the campaigns success. Skills and Experience required University degree in graphic design, or similar. Minimum 3 years of work experience as a graphic designer, digital marketing, or similar roles. Ability to use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs to edit and enhance video content. Understanding of various social media platforms and their video specifications, including aspect ratios, durations, and file formats. Basic understanding of copywriting principles to create engaging captions, and headlines for social media posts. Experience working with NGOs or in the humanitarian sector, Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
