FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified companies/ individuals to submit their bid documents for the prequalification of suppliers for goods and services as listed in the tender document available at FXB Rwanda Coordination office upon payment of tenthousand (10,000Frw) to the account number 25001965004 for Francois Xavier Bagnoud opened in I&M Bank. The tender document should be shared electronically upon presentation of the bank slip to [email protected]. The bid document is available at the Coordination Office located Ruyenzi or its sub offices from Thursday January 15, 2026 through Friday January 23, 2026 during working hours from 9:00A.M to 5:00P.M. during working days. The supply of goods or provision of services will be done across different FXB Rwanda offices in different districts: 1. Coordination Office located in Ruyenzi, 2. Kimihurura Office, 3. Nyaruguru Office, 4. Rwamagana Office, 5. Huye Office, 6. Musanze Office and 7. Kirehe office. To accomplish its mission, FXB Rwanda is undertaking this supplier pre-qualification action for the selection of potential suppliers. The purpose of this solicitation is to promote supplier partnership and extensive customer services, the quality of products and services as well as time savings whilst achieving the most competitive prices. The Pre-qualification document and the response thereof shall be the ONLY basis for pre-qualification as a supplier in the specified Lot.
