The Foundation is committed to strong governance, transparency, and operational excellence in all its activities Pharo Foundation Rwanda invites qualified and interested suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of cleaning materials for its office and school facilities located at Kimihurura. The purpose of this EOI is to identify capable suppliers who may be shortlisted for future procurement processes, including Requests for Quotation (RFQ) or Tenders. 2. Scope of Supply The cleaning materials may include, but are not limited to: Cleaning chemicals and detergents Disinfectants and sanitizers Washroom consumables Floor and surface cleaning products Cleaning tools and accessories 3. Eligibility Requirements Only contractors who meet the minimum requirements will be considered for shortlisting and may be invited to participate in subsequent procurement stages. These requirements are, Valid business registration certificate Valid tax clearance certificate Experience in supplying cleaning items Ability to supply quality products that meet hygiene and safety standards Reliable delivery capacity 4. Submission Requirements Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following information: Company profile RDB Certificate Valid tax clearing Certificate (TCC) Experience in supplying similar cleaning materials (five (5) Recommendation letters or Completion Certificates) Products list or catalogue Application letter addressed to the Procurement Committee CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Declaration 2024 All documents should be combined in one PDF Document and be submitted to the indicated email address 5.
