About the Company Mantis Akagera Game Lodge stands on a hill at the southern tip of the Akagera National Park elevated above the savannah with exceptional views of Lake Ihema with 60 rooms, suites, a conference centre, restaurant and bar. 2. Introduction: Akagera Game Lodge Ltd , a local company registred under TIN: 100374346 would like to recruit an external audit company to carry out a comprehensive audit exercise for the financial year 2025. The aim of this audit exercise will be: Express an opinion on the Akagera Game Lodge financial statements based on the audit and to obtain reasonable assurance as to whether those financial statements are free of material misstatement, Conduct an audit of the Akagera Game Lodge financial statements as at 31st December 2025 in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and to express an opinion as to the truth and fairness of those financial statements, Test compliance with specific provisions and laws provided by the jurisdictions in which the company operate and/or are registered and report on any material aspects of non compliance. A management letter and compliance report ( if necessary) will be submitted to the client after the audit exercise. The task will be conducted under the guidelines of the Office of the Auditor General. 3. Scope of the work: Interested consultant (s) will be responsible for the following tasks: Statement of comprehensive income for the year ended 31 December 2025 Statement of financial position as at 31 December 2025 Statement of changes in Equity for the year ended 31 December 2025 Statement of cash flows for the year ended 31 December 2025. 4. Tender submission requirements: Interested candidates wanting to express their interests must have at least 3 years of experience in Audit services or similar works. The experience is proven by the (RDB) Company registration certificate, and the Work Completion Certificates of similar works, Interested candidates should prove that they are VAT registered and their tax & RSSB payments are up-to-date (tax clearance certificate). 5.
