Rental Of Educational Management Software, On A Web Platform, To Serve The Municipal Department Of Education And School Units Of The Public Network Of The Municipality Of Barras-Pi, Covering Academic, Administrative And Pedagogical Management, Including, At A Minimum: Student Registration And Enrollment, Class Control, Electronic Class Diary, Attendance Record, Entry Of Grades, School History, Management Reports, Management Of Teachers And Servers, School Secretariat Modules, Student And Teacher Portal, As Well As Simultaneous Access For Approximately 12,000 (Twelve Thousand) Registered Students And 3,000 (Three Thousand) Users (Managers, Teachers, Technicians And Administrative). The Service Must Include Licensing For System Use, Cloud Hosting, Database, Backup Routines, Information Security, Compliance With Lgpd, System Updates, Corrective And Evolutionary Maintenance, Remote And In-Person Technical Support, User Training And Technical Support Throughout The Contractual Term.
