Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services - Development Of A Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Along With The Necessary Studies For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Forest Road With The Designation Of The R10 Bicycle Route In Świnoujście As Part Of The Project Entitled: Construction Of Sea And Land Access To The Deepwater Container Terminal In The External Port In Świnoujście.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Along With The Necessary Studies For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Forest Road With The Designation Of The R10 Bicycle Route In Świnoujście As Part Of The Project Entitled: Construction Of Sea And Land Access To The Deepwater Container Terminal In The External Port In Świnoujście. The Detailed Scope Of The Service Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Agreement, Which Constitute Appendices To The Swz. The Order Completion Date Required By The Ordering Party: A) Stage I - Maximum 2 Months From Signing The Contract; B) Stage Ii - Maximum 7 Months From Signing The Contract; C) Stage Iii - Expected Duration Of The Tender Procedure For Selecting A Contractor For Design Documentation And Construction Works And Participation In Possible Appeal Proceedings - In The Period From 8 To 15 Months From Signing The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty And Quality Guarantee For 36 Months For The Completed Studies Included In The Subject Of The Agreement. The Guarantee And Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Agreement (Signing The Final Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By The Parties, Which Will Show That The Subject Of The Agreement Was Received Without Any Significant Reservations. The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Agreement On The Terms Set Out In The Civil Code. Detailed Implementation Deadlines And Terms Of Warranty And Guarantee Are Specified In § 4 Of The Draft Agreement. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow That The Contractor Entrusts The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Who Conduct Business Activities And Have Their Registered Office Or Place Of Residence In Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The Agreement Of The World Trade Organization On Government Procurement Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality Access To The Public Procurement Market To Which The European Union Is A Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements; Nor That The Subcontractor Entrusts The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Further Subcontractors From Third Countries Not Party To International Agreements Or That The Contractor Performs This Contract With Supplies Or Services From Third Countries Not Party To International Agreements.
