The Public Contract, Executable Under The Conditions Described In The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure, Is Subject To: Provision Of Investment Design Services In The Working Project Phase, Ensuring Various Types Of Construction On The Territory Of The Triaditsa District And Carrying Out Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Construction. Project For All Project Parts Necessary For The Specific Type According To The Current Legislation Are: 1. Development Of An Investment Project For New Buildings; 2. Development Of An Investment Project For The Repair Of Buildings; 3. Development Of An Investment Project For Park Planning And Improvement Of Parks And Their Facilities And/Or Inter-Block Spaces; 4. Development Of An Investment Project For Childrens, Sports And Fitness Grounds; 5. Development Of An Investment Project For Above-Ground Parking Lots; 6. Development Of An Investment Project For A Street Network And Related Facilities; 7. Development Of An Investment Project For Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure; The Performance Requirements Are Detailed In The Technical Specification. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With 1 (One) Potential Contractor, In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined, For The Awarding Of Public Procurement Contracts For The Implementation Of Project Preparation Activities In The Working Project Phase And The Implementation Of Author Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction. Based On The Results Of The Current Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With The Person Designated As A Potential Executor Of The Specific Contracts. The Framework Agreement Does Not Specify All Terms. The Framework Agreement Will Determine The Term Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement, The Estimated Price Of The Agreement, The Method Of Payment For The Awarded Specific Contracts, General Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, The Procedure For Concluding Specific Contracts For Public Procurement. The Specific Contracts Awarded In Implementation Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Awarded In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Zop, After Sending A Written Invitation To Supplement The Submitted Offer By The Contracting Authority To The Potential Contractor, Specifying The Specific Activities, Object And Scope Of Performance Under The Relevant Contract. In The Sent Written Invitation, The Contracting Authority Requires The Potential Contractor To Supplement Its Offer With The Presentation Of A Specific Technical And Price Proposal, In Accordance With The Requirements Defined In The Written Invitation And In The Framework Agreement. In Fulfillment Of The Assignment Under This Public Procurement, The Person Who Has Concluded A Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of The Activities Of Its Individualized Subject, Should Consider The Services Offered By Him When Concluding A Specific Contract In Such A Way That They Fully Correspond
