The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For A Period Of 12 Months For The Purchase And Sale Of Electricity At Freely Agreed Prices According To Art. 100-103 Of The Energy Act (Ee) And The Rules Of Trade In Electric Energy (Tee), For The Supply Of The Buildings Of The St. Anna-Varna Hospital Ad. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For A Period Of 12 Months For The Purchase And Sale Of Electrical Energy At Freely Agreed Prices According To Art. 100-103 Of The Energy Act (Ee) And The Rules Of Trade In Electric Energy (Ptee), For The Supply Of The Buildings Of The St. Anna-Varna General Hospital Ad. The Delivery Includes: Delivery Of Electrical Energy, Preparation Of Documents; Planning And Forecasting On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority; Preparation And Submission Of Hourly Freight Schedules On Behalf Of The Employer, With The Risks Related To Forecasting And Imbalances Remaining At The Expense Of The Contractor, With The Participation Of The Balancing Group. In The Capacity Of Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing The Clients Sites, Include The Client As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractor Coordinator, Without The Client Paying A Participation Fee, As Well As Provide Forecasting Of The Clients Consumption, Including The Administration Of The Hourly Schedules Of The Clients Consumption. The Estimated Consumption Of The Contracting Authority For A 12-Month Period Is 2,230 Mwh, And The Same Was Calculated Based On The Consumption For The Period Of December 2024. - November 2025 Incl.
