The Duration Of The Design Services For Obtaining The Approvals, Agreements And Studies, Which Have Not Been Obtained By The Date Of The Present Procedure Or Whose Validity Has Expired, Is A Maximum Of 30 Calendar Days From The Signing Of The Contract, The Handing Over Of The Site And The Delivery By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor Of The Urban Planning Certificate No. 791/04.07.2024 And The Approvals, Agreements And Studies Obtained For The Feasibility Study. The Duration Of The Design Services For The Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Construction And Termination Authorization Is A Maximum Of 40 Calendar Days After Obtaining And Handing Over The Approvals, Agreements And Studies Requested In The Urban Planning Certificate To The Contractor Tasks Is A Maximum Of 60 Calendar Days From Obtaining The Construction Authorization. The Duration Of The Works Will Be A Maximum Of 24 Months From The Communication Of The Start Of The Works To The Galati City Hall And The State Construction Inspectorate, The Payment Of The Isc Fees Of 0.1% And 0.5%, The Handover Of The Site For The Execution Of The Works The Signing Of The Process - Verbal Of Reception At The End Of The Works, By The Reception Committee Without Objections.
