This Consultation Concerns The Configuration, Maintenance Of A Private Mobile Radio Network (Pmr) And The Supply Of Equipment. This Involves Ensuring The Configuration And Preventive And Curative Maintenance Of The Networks Fixed And Mobile Equipment And Providing The Fixed And Mobile Equipment Necessary For The Extension, Installation And Operation Of The Network. The Consultation Is Launched In The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With Articles R2161-2 To R2161-5 And R2162-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp). The Market Is Mixed. It Has Two Parts: One With A Global, Fixed Price, The Other With Purchase Orders (Framework Agreement According To Articles R2162-13 And 14 Of The Public Procurement Code). It Is Concluded With A Single Economic Operator. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 80,000 Euros Excluding Tax. It Is Not Planned To Break It Down Into Sections
