The Object Of The Acquisition Is Adobes Distribution And Management Service Of User Rights In Accordance With The Contract To Be Concluded. In The Distribution And Management Service, The Supplier Provides Distribution Channels For Adobe Software Products And Other Services According To The Agreement To The Subscriber Based On The Purchase Programs Used By The Subscriber And Its Customers. The Administration And Education Vip Marketplace Purchase Programs (Gov And Edu) Are In Use. The Subscriber Has The Right To Choose And Change The Purchase Program During The Contract Period, If It Is Deemed Necessary. The Supplier Undertakes To Resell Usage Rights With The Purchase Programs Chosen By The Subscriber, Which Can Be Agreed Upon During The Contracts Validity Period So That The Purchase Program Starts Before The Contract Ends. Adobe Platinum Or At Least Gold Certified Reseller Status And The Right To Resell Products To Gov And Edu Customer Groups Are Required From The Supplier. The Subscriber Is Currently Using Software Licenses Belonging To Adobes Vip Marketplace Purchase Program, So Expert Knowledge Of The Vip Marketplace Purchase Program Is Also A Basic Requirement. The Validity Of The Usage Rights Is Coming To An End On March 17, 2026 For The Administrative Side And On June 7, 2026 For The Edu Side, Which Is Why The Subscriber Is Bidding For A New Reseller For The Usage Rights For Adobe Products. Based On The Tender, One (1) Contractual Partner Will Be Selected, With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded. The Fixed Contract Period Is Valid For Three (3) Years, After Which The Contract Can Continue Indefinitely With Agreed Terms Of Termination.
