Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Biodegradable Kitchen Waste (20/01/08) From Properties Residing In The Brwinów Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Biodegradable Kitchen Waste From Real Estate Inhabited In The Brwinów Commune In The Period From March 1, 2026 To December 31, 2028. 2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With: The Offer, The Price Form - Annex No. 1A To The Offer And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5. Estimated Amount Of Waste Generated Kitchen, Which Will Have To Be Collected And Managed: 2,040 Mg. The Contractor Will Collect And Manage Kitchen Waste Collected From Owners Of Properties Inhabited By Residents Of The Brwinów Commune Until The Maximum Quantities Specified In The Table And Price Form Are Exhausted. The Ordering Party Allows Changes In The Amount Of Waste In Accordance With Art. 455 Of The Public Procurement Law By Way Of An Annex. This May Apply To Situations Where The Amount Of Waste Will Be Smaller Or Larger While Maintaining The Above-Mentioned Requirements. Article. 3. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. A List Of Properties Covered By The Order, Divided Into Type Of Development And Estimated Number Of Inhabitants, Including The Following Data: Address, Number, Type And Capacity Of Containers And Bags, Will Be Provided (Also In Electronic Form) To The Contractor On The Day Of Signing The Contract. 5. On February 20, 2025, The Ordering Party Announced And Then On March 19, 2025, Conducted Preliminary Market Consultations Pursuant To Art. 84 Of The Public Procurement Law. Attached To Annex No. 5 To The Swz Is The Protocol From The Initial Market Consultations, Including A List Of Participants. 6. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Specifies The Requirements For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Indicated Activities In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order, Consisting In Driving Vehicles Providing The Waste Collection Service. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Visit The Site Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party. 8. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Similar Contracts Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services: Up To 50% Of The Basic Contract.
