Olsztyńska 3, (Hereinafter: Sp Pisz) To The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Olsztyn, Ul. Poleskiego 3 (Hereinafter: Zuok). The Distance From Sp Pisz To Zuok Olsztyn Is 103 Km. Weighing Will Be Performed On A Scale At The Following Location: 12-100 Pisz, Ul. Tęczowa 3. The Amount Of Waste Intended For Transport Under The Basic Order Is 2,200 Mg. As Part Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Which Consists In Increasing The Scope Of The Contract To Include Waste Transport Services With The Code 20 01 01 (Paper And Cardboard), 15 01 01 (Paper Packaging), 20 01 39 (Plastics), 15 01 02 (Plastic Packaging), 20 03 07 (Bulky Waste) By An Additional Total Of 1,100 Mg. According To The Table Below: - Waste With The Code: 20 01 01 + 15 01 01: 250 Mg - Waste With The Code: 20 01 39 + 15 01 02: 500 Mg - Waste With The Code: 20 03 07: 350 Mg. The Ordering Party May Use The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts. The Ordering Party Will Use Options, If There Is A Need To Order Waste Transport Services With Code 20 01 01 (Paper And Cardboard), (15 01 01 (Paper Packaging), 20 01 39 (Plastics), 15 01 02 (Plastic Packaging), 20 03 07 (Large Waste) From The Transfer Station In Pisz To Zuok. Taking The Above Into Account, The Total Amount Of Waste Intended For Transport Is Up To 3,300 Mg. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For Loading At The Transfer Station In Pisz. Due To The Subject Matter, The Order Must Be Implemented In Particular In Accordance With The Following Provisions: 1) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; 2) The Act Of April 27, 2001 - Environmental Protection Law; 3) The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Other Acts And Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract.
