The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance And Ongoing Repair Of The Surface Of Municipal Dirt Roads In The Bratian Commune In 2026. The Order Includes The Performance Of Works In The Field Of Maintenance Of Dirt Roads Guaranteeing A Surface Without Ruts And Other Major Unevenness. The Contractors Service Consists Of Loading, Transporting, Unloading And Leveling Rubble/Stone Aggregate (Clinical) Or Gravel In A Total Amount Of 3,500 Tons (Material On The Contractors Side) And Additionally Loading, Transporting, Unloading, Leveling And Compacting The Customers Material (2,000 Tons). The Ordering Partys Material (Concrete And Brick Rubble, Fraction 0-63 Mm) Is Located In The Bratian Commune (Area Of The Municipal Services Plant In Mszanowo). The Ordering Party Does Not Bear Any Costs Related To Travel To The Place Of Material Collection. 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Organization Of Loading And Unloading Activities - Leveling The Road Surface Before And After Spreading The Imported Material. Individual Road Sections Intended For Repairs Will Be Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Indicate The Completion Date And The Amount Of Aggregate Necessary To Be Used In A Given Repair. On Longer Sections Of The Road, Indicated By The Ordering Party, It Is Required To Clear The Material Using A Motor Grader. The Contractor Will Price Individual Services Based On The Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer.
