The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road: Szkolna Street In The Towns Of Lgota Nadwarcie And Lgota Mokrzesz And Akacjowa Street In The Town Of Oczko Along With The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System - Stage I - Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With A Sewage Pumping Station, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Technical Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Construction Permit - Decision No. 313/25 Of July 8, 2025. 3. In Addition, The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes: - Comprehensive Surveying Services Together With An As-Built Surveying Inventory And Preparation Of Full As-Built Acceptance Documentation (Acceptance Report). - Creation Of Information Boards In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Co-Financing Institution. - On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Reporting The Commencement And Completion Of Works To Pinb In Myszków Or Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (If Necessary). - Applying On Behalf Of The Ordering Party For The Issuance Of Necessary Arrangements. To Perform The Task In Question (Depending On Needs); - Obtaining/Updating All Required Arrangements, Permits And Decisions For The Implementation Of The Subject Task (Depending On Needs), - Securing Possible Collisions With Existing Underground And Above-Ground Technical Infrastructure. - Organization, Development And Liquidation Of The Construction Site. - Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, If Separate Regulations Require The Preparation Of Such A Plan. - Renovations And Repair (Reconstruction) Of Damaged Road Surfaces And Existing Facilities, Structures If They Are Damaged. During The Investment. - Collecting Waste Generated As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Transferring It For Recovery, Neutralization Or Storage In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard. The Waste Generated In This Way - Including All Types Of Above-Ground, Underground, Inorganic And Organic Residues Such As: Excess Soil, Rubble, Stumps, Roots, Stumps, Etc. - Should Be Transported Without Undue Delay To The Waste Landfill Or Handed Over To An Entrepreneur With A Permit To Transport Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. - Possible Replacement Of The Soil, If Necessary, Or Its Compaction To The Parameters Required By Relevant Standards And Regulations. - Tidying Up The Construction Site And Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition After Completion Of The Works. - Performing All Necessary Drainage Of Construction Works And Securing Excavations. - After Completion, The Task Must Meet The Requirements For Accessibility For Disabled People In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.
