Characteristics Of The Building: The Building Is Under Conservation Protection Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, Entered Into The Register Of Immovable Monuments Under The Registration Number 634/995/L On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Of November 14, 1991. Building Detached, Built Using Traditional Technology. The Structure Has Been Preserved In Its Original, Unchanged Form. The Building Has A Basement, Two Floors Above Ground And An Attic, Built On A Rectangular Plan. Foundations Made Of Brick And Stone, Built With Lime Mortar. Massive Walls Made Of Brick With Lime Mortar. The Ceiling Above The Basement Is Made Of Segmental Ceramic On Steel Beams. Traditional Wooden Inter-Story Ceilings With A Blind Ceiling And A Soffit Made Of Plastered Boards On Reeds. The Renovation Of The Building Involves The Reconstruction Of Rooms, Separation Of A Direct Customer Service Area, Modernization Of Windows And Doors, Insulating The Attic And Repairing The Roof Eaves, External Stairs And The Terrace. The Aim Of The Renovation Is To Improve The Standard Of Use, Adapt Sanitary Facilities To The Requirements Of Hygienic And Sanitary Regulations, And Maintain The Proper Technical Condition Of The Historic Palace.
