The Subject Of The Investment Is To Change The Use Of The Existing Warehouse Building Of The Mechanical Workshop And Forge Refinery Located On The Plot With Registration Number 1902 In The Town Of Ustrzyki Dolne, Bieszczady Poviat, Ustrzyki Dolne Commune Into A Service Building And Its Reconstruction. The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Existing Facility Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Issued Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment On Part Of The Plot With Registration Number 1902 In The Town Of Ustrzyki Dolne. The Scope Of The Reconstruction Will Consist In Separating New Rooms Inside The Building To Adapt To The Change Of The Facilitys Function From Warehouse To Service, Construction Of A Newly Designed Floor On The Ground, Insulation Of Walls And Ceilings From The Inside, Inserting Windows And Doors From The Inside Of The Walls, Reconstruction Of Partition Walls And Making New Door Openings In The Existing Internal Load-Bearing Walls And Internal Plasters Along With Internal Finishing Depending On The Purpose Of The Room. In Addition, The Internal Electrical, Water Supply And Sanitary Sewage Installations Will Also Be Subject To Reconstruction. A New Central Heating And Mechanical Ventilation Installation Was Designed. It Is Planned To Reconstruct And Change The Use Of The Facility From Warehouse To Service, Including Juice Processing.2.
