The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road In The Town Of Ustronie, Including The Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing, Including An On-Ramp, D6 Active Signs And Indicator Boards For The Visually Impaired, The Construction Of Retention Basins Between The Road And The Sidewalk, Exits, Lighting At The Pedestrian Crossing And Equipping The Existing Bus Stop By Installing Small Architecture Elements.2. The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Pedestrian Road In Ustronie - Feld.03.01-Iz.00-0004/25 Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Region For 2021-20275. Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Are Included In The Following Studies:1) Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz;2) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.6. The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Part Of The Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Quantity Of Works Against The Documentation Of This Tor. Due To The Fact That The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Lump Sum Contract, In The Event Of A Larger Number Of Works Occurring During The Works, In Any Item Of The Bill Of Quantities It Cannot Be Considered As Additional Works With A Demand For Additional Remuneration. The Possible Absence Of Work Necessary To Be Performed In The Bill Of Quantities, Resulting From The Documentation Of This Tor, Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Documentation At The Contract Price. 7. In The Case Where An Exemplary Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Was Used Or If The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Specified In The Procurement Documents, Marking Such Indications Or References With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Among Others, The Use Of Devices And Systems, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. An Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible If The Word Equivalent Or Equivalent Is Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.8. Equivalence Consists In The Possibility Of Offering The Subject Of The Contract With No Worse Technical Parameters, Configurations, Normative Requirements, Etc. Proper Names Of Manufacturers Of Materials And Devices Given In The Detailed Description Should Be Understood As The Preferred T
