1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Ongoing Renovations Of Municipal And Internal Roads In Radzionków In 2026. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Two Tasks: 2.1. Task 1 - Current Renovations On Municipal Roads In 2026, Which Include The Following Construction Works: A) Partial Renovation Of The Bituminous Surface With Closed Mineral-Asphalt Gravel Mass; B) Construction Of A 5 Cm Thick Asphalt Concrete Overlay; C) Renovation Of Surfaces Made Of Concrete Slabs; D) Renovation Of The Concrete Pavement Surface; E) Renovation Of The Concrete Pavement Surface Along With The Replacement Of The 20 Cm Thick Sub-Base; F) Renovation Of Sidewalks With A Surface Made Of 35/35 Or 50/50 Concrete Slabs; G) Replacement Of Concrete Curbs 15/30 Cm Or 15/22 Cm (Or Demolition Of The Sidewalk Strip); H) Replacement Of Concrete Edges 8/30 Cm; I) Hardening Of Dirt Roads With Blast Furnace Slag Or 15 Cm Thick Asphalt Block; J) Hardening Of Dirt Roads With 15 Cm Thick Crushed Natural Aggregate; K) Renovation Of Stone Pavement; L) Adjusting A Sewage Grate Or Manhole; M) Replacement Of A Sewage Manhole; N) Replacing The Street Gully; O) Replacement Of Sewers. 2.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes: 3.1. Annex No. 1 To Swz - Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; 3.2. Annex No. 1A To Swz - Bill Of Quantities For Task No. 1 (Current Renovations On Municipal Roads In 2026); 3.3. Appendix No. 1B To Swz - Bill Of Quantities For Task No. 2 (Running Renovations On Internal Roads In 2026).4. The Ordering Party Reserves That In The Case Of Construction Works Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities, Their Quantity Given In The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Estimate. The Ordering Party Commissions Their Execution To The Contractor In An Amount Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs And Taking Into Account The Minimum Value Of Such Works During The Public Procurement Period, Which Means That The Ordering Party Will Commission The Contractor To Perform Construction Works To The Extent Enabling Obtaining 80% Of The Contractors Maximum Remuneration.
