The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Construction And Commissioning Of Newly Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes As Part Of The Subject Of The Order: Expansion Of The Service Road At S8 In The Scope Of Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles In The Towns Of Radziejowice And Krze Duże, Radziejowice Commune, Żyrardów Poviat - Route R42. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The R4 Route, Obtaining A Final Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Investment Road, Decision On A Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along The Planned Bicycle Routes In The Road Lane Located In The Radziejowice Commune Based On The Parameters Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Along With The Target Traffic Organization.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Design Documentation Covering All Industries Included In The Investment In Question, Which Constitute The Complete Design Documentation.
