Tenders Are Invited For Specialized Support Resulting From Diagnoses, Individually Tailored To The Needs Of Children (Tus, Sociotherapy, Tza, Psychotherapy, Psychological Consultations).

Part I - Social Skills Training (Tus)1) The Contractor Will Provide The Service In The Form Of Social Skills Training For 40 People, Children And Youth Staying In Foster Care In The Form Of Group Meetings, 10 Hours Per Person, Within 15 Months From Signing The Contract On Working Days (Monday - Friday), After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party, The Service Can Also Be Provided On Saturdays.2) An Hour Of Specialist Support Service Is Understood As 60 Minutes Of Group Classes.3) The Service Will Be Provided For 40 People. 4) The Indicated Number Of Hours Of Specialist Support And The Number Of Children Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order During The Term Of The Contract If Its Need For The Above-Mentioned Specialist Support Is Lower. 5) The Service Will Be Provided In The City Of Olsztyn In The Place Indicated By The Contractor In A Room With Equipment, Materials And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Classes. 6) A Support Group Should Be Created For Children And Youth Directed To Specialist Support; The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Creating A Group Consisting Not Only Of Project Participants, E.G. Joining Other Groups Of Children And Youth With Whom The Contractor Providing The Service Works. 7) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Prepared And Signed Schedule Of Meetings With Project Participants Divided Into Months Within 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 8) Specialized Support Will Be Provided By A Person Who Meets All Of The Following Requirements: A) Has Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications And Experience To Conduct This Type Of Classes, I.E. - Has A Higher Education In Pedagogy Or Psychology Or Sociology Or Social Sciences, - Has A Certificate Of Completion Of The Social Skills Training Course, - Has At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Working With Children And/Or Young People And/Or Guardians Of Children/Young People, In The Field Of Therapy Or Education. B) Has Not Been Convicted By A Legally Binding A Conviction For An Intentional Crime, C) Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses Are Not Listed In The Register Of The Ministry Of Justice (With Limited Access). – The Person Directly Carrying Out The Task Must Be Verified In The Above-Mentioned Registers, Which The Contractor Will Certify With An Appropriate Statement Or Printout Before Signing The Contract, 9) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Adapt The Forms Of Work To The Age And Needs Of The Participants (Including Any Special Educational Needs), - Provide Materials Adapted To The Support Provided, - Collect The Effects Of Childrens Work Resulting From Group Support, - Cooperate With The Project Team And The Parents/Guardians Of The Participants, - Keep The Ordering Party Informed About The Absence Of The Participant Using The Support, - Bear All Costs Ensuring The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.10) The Contractor Will Guarantee The Replacement Of Other P
