The Project Concerns Increasing The Level Of Information Security And Cybersecurity In The Tarnów Opolski Commune. The Scope Includes:• Audit Of Compliance With The National Interoperability Framework (Kri) In The Municipal Office And Subordinate Units.• Preparation And Implementation Of The Information Security Management System (Isms) In Accordance With Iso/Iec 27001 And 27002 Standards.• Technical Security Audit Of It Infrastructure And Penetration Tests In Accordance With Ptes.• Social Engineering Tests (Phishing, Fake Websites, E-Mails) In Order To Assessment Of Employee Awareness.• Password Resistance Tests In Systems (Active Directory And Domain-Specific Applications).• Training For Employees And Teachers In The Field Of Cybersecurity, Personal Data Protection, Creating Strong Passwords, Using Vpn, Ssl/Tls, Protection Against Phishing And Safe Use Of Private Devices.• Preparation Of Isms Documentation And Risk Register In Accordance With Iso And Nsc Requirements.• Implementation Of Organizational And Technical Measures To Minimize Risks And Preparation For Isms Certification. The Project Is Implemented In Under The European Funds For Digital Development (Ferc) Program And Aims To Increase The Resilience Of Local Government Units To Cyber Threats, Ensure Compliance With Regulations And Increase User Awareness.
