1. The Subject Of The Contract For A Social Service Is: Provision Of Care Services From Monday To Friday From 7:15 A.M. To 3:15 P.M. For Approximately 22,000 Hours.2. Care Services Referred To In Section 1 Include, Among Others: A) Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, I.E.: • Assistance In Making Purchases (Food, Cleaning Products, Newspapers, Etc.) And Delivering Them To The Patient, • Preparing Products Or Meals For The Part Of The Day When The Patient Will Be Left Alone (Afternoon Snack, Dinner) And Their Proper Storage, And In The Case Of Limited Mobility Of The Patient, Also Feeding And Supplementing Water, • Assistance In Heating The Apartment, • Assistance In Paying Fees And Chargesb) Hygienic Care, I.E.: • Activities Related To Maintaining The Personal Hygiene Of The Patient, • If Necessary, Protection In Diapers And Toileting After Each Time They Get Dirty, • Changing Into Clean Clothes, • Preventing Pressure Sores, • Activities Related To Maintaining Hygiene In The Room, C) Care Recommended By A Doctor, D) Ensuring Contact With The Surroundings: • In The Case Of People Living Alone, Maintaining Contacts With Family And Neighbors, Friends, • Going For Walks With The Patients, • Maintaining Constant Contact With The Doctor, • Providing The Possibility Of Contact Or Mediating Contacts With Institutions, E.G. Mops, Pcpr, Zus, Courts, Etc.
