1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Covering System For The Speedway Track In Piła.2. The Track Covering System Is Intended To Protect The Track Against Unfavorable Weather Conditions, Mainly Rainfall.3. The System Should Consist Of A Set Of Tarpaulins, Adapted In Size To The Dimensions Of The Track.4. Before Constructing And Delivering The System, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Required Measurements Of The Track And The Fences Surrounding The Track In Order To Appropriately Adapt The Track Covering System And Select The Appropriate Size Of Tarpaulins And Their Attachment.5. The Track Covering Should Be Brand New, Manufactured No Later Than 2024, Free From Defects And Showing No Signs Of Use.6. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of An Appropriate Number Of Bags For Storing/Transporting The Elements And Wind Weights. 7. The Scope Of The Order Includes Training Of 10 Employees Of The Ordering Party To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Operation And Maintenance Of The Track Covering System. The Training Will Be Carried Out On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party, But No Later Than 10 Days After Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Elements Of Equipment With The Ordering Party.13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Coordinate The Delivery Of Equipment With The Ordering Party.14. The Speedway Track Covering System Must Meet The Conditions And Guidelines Of The Polish Motor Association, Including A Certificate From The Polish Motor Association Confirming The Possibility Of Its Use On Tracks Where Pge Speedway Ekstraliga Competitions Take Place.
