The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Decision For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) For The Task Expanding The Tourist Offer By Building A Bicycle Path In The Ostaszewo Commune, Based On The Conceptual Design (Annex 10 To Swz). The Ordering Party Reserves That The Indicated Route Of The Bicycle Path May Be Modified And Depends On The Possibility Of Obtaining Appropriate Conditions, Arrangements And Permits. The Ordering Party Stipulates That If The Existing Width Of The Road Is Insufficient To Locate The Planned Road System As Part Of The Documentation, The Contractor Will Divide Individual Properties And Carry Out The Procedure For Obtaining A Permit In The Form Of A Zrid With Immediate Enforceability. The Costs Of Purchasing The Real Estate Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party. The Developed Designs Must Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Construction Law And Other Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Including Technical And Construction Regulations And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope Of The Form And Construction Design.
