The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, Because The Performance Of These Activities Does Not Involve Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Dated June 26, 1974 Labor Code (I.E.
