The Subject Of The Order Is: As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Purchase Of Equipment And Fittings.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Tow Truck.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 5.4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Purchased Low-Bed Trailer Will Be Collected Independently By The Ordering Party, From The Place Indicated By The Contractor. Therefore, The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Provide Transport Of The Tow Truck To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Or To Organize Additional Logistics Services.5. Brand New Vehicle6. The Tow Truck Must Come From Mass Production, It Is Not Allowed To Offer Vehicles From Individual Production And Those Whose Parameters Have Been Changed To Meet The Requirements Of This Procedure.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With The Subject Of The Order, A Valid Ce Certificate, An Instruction Manual In Polish And A Catalog Of Spare Parts For The Offered Equipment, A Warranty Card, A Set Of Keys And Handy Tools, A Fire Extinguisher And A Reflective Triangle And Other Necessary Documents And Certificates.8. After Handing Over The Equipment, The Contractor, As Part Of The Remuneration, Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Instructions On Basic Operation.
