1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5, C90/3 From Solid Rock Of Igneous, Deep-Sea Origin (E.G. Granite, Amphibolite, Gneiss) In The Amount Of 800 Tons, Together With Transport To The Sławno Commune.2. The Quantity Of Aggregate Delivered Should Be Confirmed By An Authorized Person On The Transport Document Containing The Weight Of The Aggregate, Enabling Verification Of The Tonnage. Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Delivery Item Will Be Based On The Wz (External Delivery Of Materials). The Payment For The Delivery Will Be Settled Monthly Within 14 Days Of Receiving The Invoice With Confirmation Of Receipt.3. The Aggregate Should Meet The Provisions Of The Pn-En-11112 Standard Or Equivalent And The Technical Requirements For Aggregate For Roads With Traffic Intensity Kr1-Kr2 Or Equivalent.4. Transport Is To Be Carried Out By Vehicles With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 16 Tons.5. The Ordering Party, With The Participation Of The Contractor, May Take A Sample Of The Material For Testing.6. If The Sample Does Not Meet The Requirements Specified In The Subject Of The Order, The Testing Costs Will Be Covered By The Contractor, And The Material That Does Not Meet The Requirements Will Be Removed By The Contractor From The Ordering Partys Storage Facility At Its Own Expense.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase 60% Of The Order Value, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Payment For Unrealized Deliveries.8. The Contractor Will Be Paid For The Quantity Of Aggregate Actually Ordered And Delivered.
