The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The City And Commune Of Wołów At The Contractors Headquarters Or The Place Of Residence Or Stay Of The Person Under His Care, From 8.00 A.M. To 6.00 P.M., Depending On Needs. Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Are Adapted To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Illness Or Disability Of The Patient.2. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 901, As Amended), And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of July 6, 2006 On Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 395).3. The Following Types Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Have Been Identified:• Physical Rehabilitation• Psychological Therapy• Classes With A Pedagogue• Classes With A Speech Therapist• Sensory Integration• Eeg-Biofeedback Training4. Specialized Care Services Will Be Provided Based On An Administrative Decision, In Accordance With The Scope Determined Individually For Each Patient. Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Are Tailored To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Disease Or Disability.4.1 Physical Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Impaired Body Functions To The Extent Not Covered By The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds: In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Doctor Or A Specialist In The Field Of Physical Rehabilitation Or Physiotherapy, Cooperation With Specialists In The Field Of Psychological And Pedagogical Support And Educational And Therapeutic Aimed At Multilateral Activation Of The Person Using Specialized Services.4.2 Providing Children And Adolescents With Mental Disorders With Access To Rehabilitation And Revalidation-Educational Activities.4.3 Specialized Care Services May Be Provided Only By Persons Qualified To Perform The Profession Of: Social Worker, Psychologist, Educator, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Assistant To A Disabled Person, Community Caregiver, Specialist In The Field Medical Rehabilitation, Physiotherapist Or Other Profession Providing Knowledge And Skills Enabling The Provision Of Specific Specialized Services.4.4 Persons Providing Specialized Services For People With Mental Disorders Must Have, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy On Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, Item 1598, As Amended), Professional Qualifications And At Least Three Months Of Professional Experience In Working With People With Mental Disorders Obtained In One Of The Following Units, Work Experience In One Of
