Part 1 Service Of Providing A Place Of Shelter In A Shelter For The Homeless In 2026 On All Calendar Days Of The Month In A 24-Hour Cycle, In Premises At The Exclusive And Free Disposal Of The Tenderer, To 1 (One) Man - A Homeless Person Whose Last Place Of Residence Is The Słomniki Commune, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 2 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004. On Social Assistance (Uniform Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Shelter 24 Hours A Day To Persons Referred By The Commune Social Welfare Center In Słomniki. The Contractor Is Obliged To Guarantee The Standard Of Basic Services Provided In Shelters For Homeless People And The Minimum Standard Of Facilities At The Level Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896) On Minimum Standards Of Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Facilities. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of The Following Conditions Of Stay: A) The Possibility Of Staying In The Shelter 24 Hours A Day, Including The Provision Of A Place To Sleep In A Heated Room, The Temperature Of Which Is Not Lower Than 20 Degrees C. B) The Provision Of Full Board In The Form Of 3 Ready Meals (Including One Hot One) Or The Provision Of Products And A Place To Prepare Meals (Including Hot Ones) Yourself. C) The Possibility Of Using A Shower, Changing, Washing And Drying Clothes, And If This Is Not Possible, Providing Disinfection And Disinfestation Of Clothing D) Providing Sanitary Conditions Enabling The Maintenance Of Personal Hygiene, Including The Provision Of Cleaning Products In The Form Of: Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Personal Hygiene Products, Washing Powder, Etc., E) Supply Of Medicines That Are Included In The Standard Equipment Of The Offerers First Aid Kit, F) Providing Information On Available Forms Of Assistance, And, If Necessary, Assistance In Organizing It. Social Welfare, Getting Out Of Homelessness And Gaining Independence In Life. Each Time A Person Is Placed In A Shelter Is Based On A Referral Decision Issued By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Słomniki.
