1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, In The Form Of Operational Leasing (With Purchase), Of A Brand New Passenger Car For The Needs Of The City Hall In Szczecinek, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Tor. 2. The Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Unused (It Was Not A Demonstration Or Exhibition Car), Complete, Approved For Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Free From Technical And Legal Defects. The Car Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including The Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended).3. The Car Must Be Registered And Have License Plates. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Vehicle At His Own Expense To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party - Pl. Wolności 13, 78-400 Szczecinek.5. The Contractor Will Provide An Authorized Service Authorized By The Car Manufacturer. The Distance To The Service Point Will Be No More Than 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Will Provide A List Of Authorized Services In The Country. 6. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Free Training In The Use Of The Vehicle For Two Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Training Should Include Basic Rules For Using Devices Located In The Cabin, Rules For Performing Daily Maintenance And Planned Warranty Inspections. The Training Will Be Carried Out On The Day Of Vehicle Delivery. 7. The Contractor Provides A Warranty: - For All Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Assemblies And Subassemblies Of The Car, Covering The Proper Functioning Of The Car, Material And Manufacturing Defects - For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months, - For The Paint Coating - For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months, - For Corrosion Perforation Of The Bodywork - For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months8. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract In Annex 1 To This Specification - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz).9. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions If The Subject Of The Contract Described Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101(1). 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law.10. If The Swz Or Its Annexes Indicate Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Origin, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers, I.E. The Use Of Solutions Other Than Those Indicated In The Trademarks, Etc., Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Swz. The Use Of Parameters Better Than Those Indicated Is Permissible. The Contractor Who Used Equivalent Or Better Solutions Is Obliged To Indicate Them In His Offer And Demonstrate Their Equivalence Or Superiority To The Solutions Described In Swz.11.
