The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Ordinary Crushed Stone Mineral Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0 - 31.5 Mm, Excluding Aggregates From Limestone Rocks, By Self-Unloading Vehicles On Municipal And Internal Roads Access To Fields And Farms In 2026 In An Amount Of Approximately 2,000 Tons, But Will Not Be Less Than 1,500 Tons.2. The Delivery Of Aggregate, In Addition To The Sale Of The Aggregate Itself, Includes Its Loading, Weighing, Transport And Unloading To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Gardeja Commune.3. The Aggregate Must Be Collected On Business Days During The Employers Working Hours.4. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law Regarding Construction Aggregates.5. The Aggregate Must Have Appropriate Test Results Confirming That It Meets The Appropriate Standards For This Type Of Aggregate.6. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Should Attach Declarations Of Conformity Of The Supplied Material, I.E. Grain Size Testing (Sieve Analysis) Along With Its Source.7. In The Event Of Delivery Of Aggregates In A Quantity Or Quality That Does Not Correspond To The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party May Refuse To Accept The Delivery, And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Aggregate In Accordance With The Order Within The Next 2 Business Days.8. The Aggregate Must Not Contain Nails, Metal Wires, Glass Or Other Contaminants That Could Damage Road Vehicles, As Well As Other Contaminants (Plastic, Rubber) And Must Not Contain Elements Harmful To The Environment (Asbestos, Ashes, Etc.).9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Randomly Check Individual Deliveries By Weighing (Up To 10% Overweight Of Vehicles Is Expected). In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Vehicle For Weighing To The Indicated Place Before And After Unloading At His Own Expense. The Ordering Party Will Cover The Costs Of Weighing Itself.10. For Each Batch Of Delivered Material (Included In The Invoice), The Supplier Must Submit A Declaration Of Conformity For Installation And Use In Road Construction As Well As Weight Documents.
