Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialist Care Services Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialist Care Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816) Ensuring Access To Rehabilitation, Revalidation And Educational Activities For Children And Adolescents With Mental Disorders, In Exceptional Cases, If They Are Unable To Obtain Access To The Activities Referred To In Art. 7 Of The Act Of August 19, 1994 On The Protection Of Mental Health (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 917) In The Place Of Their Residence In Accordance With Medical Recommendations Or Other Indications Justifying The Specific Needs Of The Centers Charges. The Type Of Services, The Scope Of Services, The Period Of Service Provision, The Number Of Hours Will Be Determined Individually For Each Child In The Administrative Decision That Constitutes The Basis For The Provision Of Services For Each Child.
