Expression of Interest for HighschoolPreneur Program 2026. Project Description HighschoolPreneur 2026 is one of Khmer Enterprises flagship initiatives that nurtures entrepreneurial spirit among Cambodian youth by integrating the High School Awards Competition and the NextGen Enterprise Program, enabling students nationwide to compete at school level, advance through regional rounds, and culminate in Phnom Penh with an intensive bootcamp and the national final competition. Khmer Enterprise would like to invite interested bidders to express their interest in the project by following the outlined bidding steps. Successful bidders will be responsible to execute the event starting from planning to execution. Bidding Components Step 1: Interested Implementers/partners to share their interest in the project by filling in the google form (attached link below) no longer than four weeks from the date of announcement. Step 2: KE to invite implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the announcement closing date Step 3: Implementers/partners to submit a proposal and budget plan within four weeks after the project briefing Step 4: KE to evaluate the proposal, budget, and activity plan Step 5: Awarding Implementers/partners to be informed after the evaluation Required Documents Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for HighschoolPreneur 2026 after the project brief.
