Tenders are invited for Leveling, Preparation and Vinyl Flooring (Appx. 7,450 Sq.Ft.). Site inspection could be arranged during working days from 13th January 2026 to 23rd January 2026 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Interested parties may obtain further details from of Maintenance Department on 011-2429677. Bidding application could be obtained from the Procurement Department, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited from 13th January 2026 to 23rd January 2026 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. on weekdays on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/-. Bidders, who are interested in providing the above mentioned service to Lake House, are requested to submit bid documents including Company Profile, Reference list of similar contracts performed by the bidder in the recent past and all supporting documents to prove the contracts performed by the bidder. Bids should be sent in a sealed envelope marked "Bids for Leveling, Preparation and Vinyl flooring work at Lake House" on the top left hand corner, to The Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd., No. 35, D.
