Expertise In Conducting Stakeholder Interviews And Focus Groups. Be Able To Communicate Effectively In Spoken Arabic (Minimum: B2 Level). Have Excellent Writing Skills In English. How To Apply The Evaluation Team Will Consist Of At Least Two Consultants (Individuals, Company, Or Ngo) A Detailed Technical Proposal Outlining Their Understanding Of The Assignment, Proposed Approach, Methodology And Plan For Implementation (Including Timeline), Team Structure, Roles And Responsibilities. List Of The Most Relevant Previous Evaluation Projects Completed, Including A Description Of The Projects And Role In These Consultations.
