Tenders are invited for MEAL Systems Design & Institutionalization Consultant. The objective of this consultancy is to define a fit-for-purpose MEAL system that: Supports executive and program-level decisions Strengthens accountability and learning Is realistic, usable, and sustainable The consultant will: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing MEAL practices, tools, data use and staffing capacity Design a GNFF-wide MEAL framework covering governance, reporting flows, decision-use logic, and roles and responsibilities Develop essential MEAL tools and templates Propose accountability and feedback mechanisms How to apply Minimum 10 years of MEAL experience in development contexts Proven experience designing organization-wide MEAL systems Strong understanding of governance, performance management, and learning Ability to translate complexity into clear, usable systems Tender Link : https://www.daleel-madani.org/calls-for-proposal
