The Purpose Of This Market Consultation Is Twofold. On The One Hand, To Inform The Market About The Proposed Contract Prior To The Proposed Tender. On The Other Hand, Gaining Insight Into The Possibilities And Ambitions Of Market Parties And Their Agendas With Regard To The Specific Objectives Applicable To The Assignment. The Candidate Is Aware Of These Goals And Complies With Them. The Municipal Real Estate Directorate (Hereinafter: Gv) Has Been Instructed By The Municipal Council To Make Approximately 300 Municipal Real Estate Buildings More Sustainable In Order To Achieve A Co2 Reduction Of 55% Compared To 1990, By The Year 2030. One Of These Buildings Is The City Hall Complex In The Center Of The City. The Ambition Is To Make This Energy Neutral And Natural Gas-Free, But It Is Not Possible To Achieve This Before 2030 Based On The Currently Available Technologies. That Is Why We Are Aiming For A Reduction Of 21%, Which Is Feasible. This Assignment Concerns Making The Facade And Roofs Of The Entire City Hall Complex More Sustainable.
