Tenders Are Invited For Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing, Commissioning And Maintenance Of An Incident And Event Management (Siem) System For The Needs Of The National Visa Information System (Nvis)
The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing, Commissioning And Maintenance Of An Incident And Event Management System (Siem) For The Needs Of The National Visa Information System (Nvis) In Connection With Project No. Bg65bvpr001-2.002-0002 Entitled Development And Upgrade Of The Program And Technical Support Of The Nvis, Financed Under An Administrative Contract For The Provision Of Non-Grant Financial Assistance With Reg. No. 812108-81/20.11.2024 From The Financial Support Instrument For Border Management And Visa Policy 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Union. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Order: Activity 1-Delivery Of An Incident And Event Management System (Siem); Activity 2 - Siem System Installation, Configuration, Testing And Commissioning Services Activity 3 – Expert Support Services. The Term Of Delivery Of The Incident And Event Management System (Siem) Is Up To 45 (Forty-Five) Working Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract; The Deadline For Implementation Of The Installation, Configuration, Testing And Commissioning Activities Of The System Is Up To 60 (Sixty) Working Days, Counted From The Signing Of The Handover Protocol For Delivery Of The System. The Term For Providing Expert Support Services Is From The Date The System Is Put Into Operation Until The End Of The Hardware And Software Support Period. The Term Of Validity Of The Hardware And Software Support Is 12 Months, Counted From The Signing Of The Handover Protocol For Delivery Of The System. The Requirements Of The Employer Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Appendix 1.
