Orthopedic Services – Aok-Priomed Orthopedics According To § 140A Sgb V. The Subject Of This Publication Is The Selective Contract Aok-Priomed Orthopedics In Accordance With Section 140A Sgb V With Specialists In Orthopedics Or Trauma Surgery Who Have A Fully Completed Doctor Profile On Orthinform Including Proven Expertise In The Field Of Coxoarthritis And Gonarthrosis, Within The Framework Of A So-Called Open-House Model. All Suitable And Interested Service Providers With A Practice Based In Hesse Are Provided With The Conclusion Of The Selective Contract Offered. Interested Service Providers Can Request The Participation Documents And The Contract From The Contact Address Given Under I.1. The Prerequisite For Concluding A Contract Is That The Interested Service Provider Submits The Requested Participation Documents Completely And Signed. A Contract Is Concluded With Each Service Provider Who Meets The Participation Requirements. There Is No Exclusivity. Joining Or Concluding A Contract Can Take Place At Any Time And Under The Same Conditions. Individual Contract Negotiations Will Not Be Carried Out. The Earliest Contract Start Date Is January 1St, 2024. You Can Then Join The Contract At Any Time If The Participation Requirements Are Met. All Valid Contracts End Automatically On December 31, 2027. The Latest Date For Joining The Contract Is June 30, 2027. The Aim Of The Selective Contract Is To Achieve Early Diagnosis And The Possibility Of Intervention After The First Symptoms Appear And, If The Diagnosis Is Confirmed, To Achieve The Maximum Reduction In Disease Activity And The Best Possible Prognosis For Quality Of Life In Patients With Gonarthrosis Or Hip Arthrosis. This Ensures That Surgical Treatment Measures Are Only Initiated When The Options For Conservative Treatment Have Been Fully Exhausted. With Coordinated, Quality-Assured Care, In Which The Orthopedist Or Surgeon Works Closely Together To Coordinate The Treatment Of Patients Affected By Gonarthrosis Or Hip Arthrosis With The Family Doctor And Supports The Implementation Of The Therapy Plan Close To Home, The Quality Of Life Of The Affected Patients Can Be Significantly Increased And The Use Of Resources Can Be Made Economically. Patients With Osteoarthritis Who Are Well Informed About Their Condition Worry Less, Tolerate Existing Symptoms Better And Develop Effective Methods To Deal With The Disease. This Publication Does Not Involve The Award Of A Public Contract Within The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu Or Public Procurement Law. In Order To Ensure The Greatest Possible Degree Of Transparency For The Intended Conclusion Of Contracts, Publication Will Take Place In The Supplement To The Official Journal Of The European Union. In The Absence Of An Appropriate Publication Form
