In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Iii, Section 1 - Obligations And Responsibilities Of Investors, Art. 22, Letter D) From Law No. 10/1995, Investors Have The Obligation To Ensure The Verification Of The Correct Execution Of The Construction Works By Specialist Managers Or Specialized Economic Operators Of Consultancy, Throughout The Works. Thus, For The Successful Implementation Of The Investment Objective Mentioned Above, In The Contracted Term, Combined With The Need To Ensure The Correct Verification Of All Related Works, The Contracting Authority Acquires The Technical Assistance Service - Construction Site Management Provided By Specialized Technical Personnel, Authorized According To The Provisions Of The Order Of The Minister Of Regional Development And Tourism No. 1496/2011. The Duration Of The Contract Is 12 Months. The Deadline For Starting The Fulfillment Of The Contractual Obligations By The Provider (Site Managers) Will Be At The Moment Of Issuing The Order To Start The Execution Works (Estimated In May 2026). The Total Duration Of The Contract Will Include 2 Stages: Stage 1: The Activities Carried Out During The Execution Of The Construction Works Until The Signing Of The Process Without Objections - Acceptance Report At The End Of The Works - 12 Months (According To The Design And Execution Contract) - The Period Can Be Extended By Additional Documents, But The Contract Price Is Not Updated; Stage 2: The Activities Carried Out During The Warranty Period Of The Works (Notification Of Defects) In Accordance With The Legislation In Force - 36 Months. The Providers Services Will Take Place During The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Works Related To The Investment Objective, Including The Period Of The Reception At The End Of The Works, The Period Of The Guarantee Of The Works And The Final Reception Until The Signing Of The Final Reception Minutes Without Objections.
