Aircraft-Engine Repair Services - Major/Overhaul Of Rd-33 Engines, Ser. 2, For Mig-29 Aircraft, By Concluding A Framework Agreement. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Performance Of Basic/Overhaul Repair (Mro) (Below In The Text Service/S) Of Up To 10 (Ten) Rd-33 Engines, Ser. 2, For Mig-29 Aircraft (Below In The Text Engine/S) To Restore Their Inter-Repair Resource And Inter-Repair Service Life, By Concluding A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 48 Months. The Main Requirements For The Provided Service Are Described In The Technical Specification Tc L 22.5023.25-Uvo. The Term For The Implementation Of The Mot Of Each Engine Must Not Exceed 9 (Nine) Months, Counted From The Date Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol For Handing Over The Product For Repair By The User To The Contractor Or His Representative (Acceptance And Handover Protocol For The Performance Of A Service - Appendix No. 6 Of The Draft Contract). The Performance Of The Relevant Service Ends With The Acceptance Of The Respective Engine By Authorized Persons Of The Contracting Authority And The Signing Between The Parties Of The Protocol For Acceptance Of Performed Service (Annex No. 7 Of The Draft Contract). The Date Of Execution Of The Service Under A Specific Contract Is Considered To Be The Date Of Signing Of The Protocol For Acceptance Of Performed Service, Certifying The Receipt Of The Engines After Performing The Cvr.
