The City Of Helsinkis Construction Service Company Stara (Later Also Stara Or Procurement Unit) Tenders Inspection Services For Play Equipment. The Procurement Of Services Includes Inspections Of Playground Equipment And Their Functional Equipment (Including Outdoor Exercise Equipment, Skateparks And Parkour Areas Located In Connection With Playgrounds) And Other Small-Scale Maintenance Operations As Described In The Request For Tenders And Attachments. The Procurement Includes The Southern, Western And Central Contract Areas Of The City Of Helsinki. Information About The Current Playgrounds Has Been Submitted As An Attachment To The Tender Request. The Number Of Playgrounds May Change During The Contract Period Due To Changes In The Operation Of The Park Areas Or Due To Renovation/Renovation Works. The Inspection Services For Play Equipment And Their Functional Equipment Include Four Inspection Visits Per Year (May, June, July And August) And Maintenance Work According To The Needs Identified During The Inspection Visits, As Presented In The Tender Request Appendices. The Service Provider Performs Inspection Services For Play Equipment In Accordance With The Instructions And Plans Provided By The Customer. Inspections And Minor Repair Work Follow The Standards Described In The Request For Tenders And Attachments. The Service Provider Must Have The Necessary Equipment To Provide The Service. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. The Agreement Is Valid Until 31 December 2026. The Contract Includes Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods For The Years 2027 And 2028. The Procurement Unit Will Decide On The Use Of The Option Periods Later Separately. The Provider Must Also Offer Options. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Certain Procurement Quantities, But The Service Provider Produces The Service According To The Needs Of The Procurement Unit.
