It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Provision Of Services For The Development And Creation Of The Single Telecommunications Information Point. The Project Includes The Creation Of The Single Point Of Information As A Central Mechanism For Gathering, Analyzing And Making Available Telecommunications-Related Data. The Platform Will Offer Citizens, Businesses, Providers Of Telecommunications Or Other Services (In Short Providers), Businesses And Public Bodies Advanced Tools For Geographical Mapping And Projection Of Statistical Analysis Of Telecommunications Infrastructures, Their Characteristics And Performances At National And Local Level. The Collection Of Data Will Be Based On Three Distinct Categories Of Sources: (A) From External Platforms For Collecting Technical Measurements, Through The Following Two Technological Channels: 1. Mobile Phone Application (Application) That Enables The End User To Perform Connectivity Measurements. Results Are Collected Anonymously From Thousands Of User Metrics Per Month. 2. Integration With Sdk-Type Software, Which Can Be Included Within Applications Aimed At Specific User Groups (Eg Police, Fire Department) And Automatically Collect Connection Metrics Without User Action. The Contractor Will Ensure The Availability Of This Data, As Well As The Possibility Of Its Full Integration And Utilization In The Information System Of The Platform, With Respect To The Terms Of Use And With A Guarantee Of Technical Validity And Up-To-Dateness. (B) From Inter-Operation With Existing Public Information Systems, For The Extraction Of Spatial And Operational Data Related To Telecommunications Infrastructures. (C) Potentially From Providers Of Telecommunications Or Other Related Services. The Integration Of All The Above Data Will Be Carried Out By Applying Modern Standards And Using Modern Geospatial Data Processing Techniques. The Platform Will Offer Data Display Functions In An Interactive Cartographic Environment, Production Of Aggregated Values Per Geographic Unit (E.G. Zip Code), Export Of Aggregated Reports By Technology Or Provider, Etc. Particular Importance Will Be Given To Graded User Access. At The Same Time, Citizens / Consumers And Businesses Will Have At Their Disposal User-Friendly Interfaces, Through Which They Will Be Informed About The Quality And Availability Of Telecommunication Services In Their Area Of Interest. The Project Includes The Following Deliverables, Distributed According To The Main Phases Of Analysis, Design, Implementation And Operational Support Of The Platform: P.A.1 – Phase A: Requirements Analysis And Design P.A.1.1 Issue Of Analytical Techniques And Functional Specifications (Including Interoperability With Chemd, E-Dieleusis, Etc.). P.A.1.2 Architectural Solution Design (Logic, Physics, Data, Interfaces). P.A.1.3 Access To Telecommunications Network Performance Measurement And Analysis Data And Services.
