Processing And Clearing Services – Framework Agreement For The Issuance And Management Of Pre-Financed Universal Service Employment Checks (C.E.S.U). The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Issuance And Management Of Pre-Financed Universal Service Employment Vouchers, Called “Cesu - Casa (Chèques Autonomie Solidarité Ardèche)” To Remunerate Those Working In The Homes Of Elderly People And Disabled People In Direct Employment. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Service Providers Remuneration Is Based On The Management Fees He Receives. These Management Fees Are Calculated From The Face Value Of The Checks Ordered By The Contracting Authority Multiplied By The Remuneration Rate Defined By The Service Provider In Its Offer. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include All Renewal Periods.
